Kim’s career includes key leadership roles at Infosys/Simplus, Jagged Peak/TradeGlobal, Arhaus Furniture, Lane Bryant, Luxottica and amazon.com, where she helped transform businesses and launched initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Her expertise spans Salesforce Clouds—CRM, Marketing, and Commerce—as well as omnichannel strategies and customer engagement solutions, making her a go-to leader in creating connected digital experiences.

Jon's expertise includes scaling organizations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and retail. Passionate about creating impactful client experiences, Jon is committed to fostering innovation and operational excellence within Cloudality.
Before joining Cloudality, Jon held leadership roles at Simplus, Accenture, and Phase One Consulting, where he delivered measurable business value and optimized customer engagement through cutting-edge CRM strategies.
Outside of work, Jon is an avid rock climber, underwater rugby enthusiast, and certified yoga instructor.

Chief Financial Officer
Kristina Walls is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with a proven track record in driving financial strategy and operational excellence. She specializes in crafting and implementing strategies that foster growth, optimize resources, and align with broader business goals.
With leadership experience spanning roles at Concur Technologies, Philips, and as the founder of Estmere, Kristina has consistently delivered value by enhancing financial stability and enabling sustainable growth for her clients. Her expertise includes strategic financial management, virtual CFO services, and sales strategies.
Kristina’s advanced analytical and business analysis skills allow her to uncover actionable insights that drive impactful, data-informed decisions. Known for her collaborative approach, she empowers businesses to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve long-term success.
Jeb Rajan
Director
As a Founding Director at Cloudality, Jeb provides strategic oversight for the India Development Center in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. With over 20 years of experience in software development, Jeb specializes in identifying and nurturing top software engineering talent to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Under his guidance, the team has achieved a retention rate exceeding 95%, reflecting a culture of meaningful and impactful work. Jeb’s role focuses on steering Cloudality’s growth and ensuring the development organization meets the evolving needs of its global clients.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jeb enjoys spending time with family and friends. He has a deep commitment to his local community in Tirunelveli and actively contributes to initiatives that improve the quality of life for those around him.


Harry Dressler
Managing Director
Harry is a Senior Information Technology Executive and lifelong learner with significant experience providing leadership to businesses in both strategic and tactical functions. As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder, he brings over 25 years of experience directly managing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce and eCommerce implementations. He has successfully managed over 100 software implementations on Salesforce and eCommerce platforms, including CommerceCloud and Shopify.
His career spans the direct, tactical, management of software technology and service organizations, to the vision and execution of complex strategic executive initiatives. He brings full life-cycle experience ranging from start-ups to fully mature public corporations, possesses strong individual and process leadership, and communication skills that bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Harry enjoys traveling in his fully-equipped off-grid van, enabling him to work from anywhere using the new Starlink technology from remote and surreal locations in North America and combining the very best in personal and work-life balance.
Brian Buckley Smith
VP, Customer Success & Delivery
As the VP of Customer Success and Delivery at Cloudality, Buckley brings decades of experience in leading complex, transformative technology programs. Starting as an associate consultant, Brian progressed to senior leadership roles through his dedication to delivering business value and operational excellence.
Buckley excels in building and managing teams to help organizations through strategic technology implementations, leveraging his deep expertise in program governance, change management, and Salesforce's suite of solutions.
His leadership style focuses on collaboration and innovation, ensuring client success and sustainable business impact. A thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem, Brian is passionate about helping organizations unlock their potential through tailored, scalable solutions.

Kevin’s career includes leadership roles at Infosys/Simplus, Jagged Peak/TradeGlobal, and LexisNexis, where he spearheaded innovations across retail (fashion/beauty), financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Known for bridging strategy and execution, Kevin is passionate about creating connected customer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
A collaborative and results-driven leader, Kevin excels in aligning cross-functional teams, implementing omnichannel strategies, and fostering innovation.
