  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple legacy systems including Zendesk, Snowflake, Azure SQL, Pay94, Atlas, HCSDB, JEFF11, and Salesforce
  • Apply transformation logic based on data mapping documents to align legacy data with Salesforce objects, fields, and record types
  • Execute partial loads, up to three test migrations, and final production data migration
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues such as duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Validate migrated data across Salesforce clouds to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation including migration jobs, logs, reconciliation reports, and configuration records using Elements.cloud and configuration workbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in data migration or ETL, including 2+ years working with Salesforce platforms
  • Proven experience migrating large data volumes (10M+ records) from multiple legacy systems
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, governance, and record structures
  • Experience handling PII data, deduplication, validation, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on expertise with DBAmp, Gearset, and Salesforce Data Loader
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation logic
  • Exposure to Apex, Python, or scripting for advanced transformation use cases
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security, sharing models, encryption, and audit features
  • Understanding of integration contexts using REST APIs and MuleSoft
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I; data/ETL certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and effective cross-team communication

Impact

At Cloudality, you’ll work on complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs involving high-volume data and multiple systems. You’ll collaborate with experienced global teams in a structured, quality-driven environment that values precision, ownership, and long-term platform reliability.
