Sales Director

Supports revenue growth by leading, closing, and expanding Salesforce services engagements across new and existing clients.

About the Role

Cloudality is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth and build meaningful client partnerships. This role serves as the primary commercial point of contact for prospective and existing clients, owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution.

You’ll work closely with delivery, practice, and marketing teams to bring the right solutions to market—while helping shape how Cloudality grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Lead discovery and solutioning conversations with clients and internal teams
  • Develop and execute territory strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing client relationships
  • Partner with Salesforce AEs and ecosystem partners to generate co-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with solution architects and practice leaders to develop compelling proposals
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and represent Cloudality at events and industry forums

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience selling Salesforce or cloud-based technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Revenue Cloud is a plus)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Track record of consistently closing new business and hitting revenue targets
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, or technology services environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to develop sales artifacts including proposals, presentations, and SOW support
  • Experience working with or alongside partner ecosystems (co-selling preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (as needed)
  • Comfortable working on a laptop and/or at a desk for extended periods
