About the Role
Cloudality is looking for a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, configure, and enhance Salesforce CPQ solutions that support complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. In this role, you will focus on implementing product configurations, pricing logic, discounting, approvals, and CPQ automations while collaborating closely with CPQ Architects, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams. You will translate functional requirements into scalable CPQ configurations and lightweight customizations, ensuring performance, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- Configure Salesforce CPQ components including products, bundles, features, options, and configuration attributes
- Implement product rules, price rules, discount schedules, and approval processes
- Build and maintain quote templates and support document generation
- Develop advanced pricing logic such as volume-based, tiered, and block pricing
- Configure renewals, amendments, and contract-based pricing models
- Develop CPQ automations using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and Apex where required
- Optimize CPQ performance and improve user experience
- Support CPQ product, pricing, and quote data migration activities
- Assist with integrations between CPQ and Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Billing, and external systems via REST APIs and MuleSoft
- Validate data accuracy across quotes, orders, and contracts
- Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Support deployments using DevOps tools such as Gearset and Bitbucket while adhering to Salesforce and CPQ best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of Salesforce platform experience with 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ development or configuration
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ implementations
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce CPQ components including products, bundles, pricing, rules, and approvals
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and Apex for CPQ extensions
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals and basic integration concepts (REST APIs, MuleSoft exposure)• Experience working in Agile delivery teams with distributed stakeholders
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn complex business models
