About the Role

Cloudality is hiring an Offshore Salesforce QA Engineer to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for validating configurations, workflows, integrations, and data migrations to ensure stable, high-quality Salesforce releases. You will work closely with QA Leads, developers, and onshore stakeholders while supporting regression and UAT cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Create, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce configurations, UI components, integrations, and data migrations
• Validate Salesforce workflows, Flows, integrations (MuleSoft, Genesys, DocuSign), and Experience Cloud portals
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure release readiness
• Log, track, and triage defects, verify fixes, and coordinate retesting cycles
• Execute cross-platform testing across desktop, mobile, and Experience Cloud environments
• Collaborate with QA Leads, developers, and onshore teams for defect analysis, sprint testing, and release sign-offs
• Support test data preparation and deployment activities using Gearset and Salesforce Data Loader

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of overall QA experience with at least 1+ year in Salesforce testing
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM workflows, integrations, and data migrations
• Familiarity with test automation and QA tools such as Selenium, Provar, and Apex Test Classes
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning UI, security models, and Experience Cloud portals
• Experience with deployment and data tools such as Gearset and Salesforce Data Loader
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and release management
• Preferred certifications: ISTQB, Salesforce Administrator
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams
