The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of assigned Salesforce work, working within the solution and technical architecture defined by the Solution Architect and Technical Architect. The role requires hands-on involvement in Salesforce development and configuration, along with responsibility for task planning, delegation, technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, and the quality of team deliverables.
We are seeking hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead who can lead a team while staying deeply involved in technical implementation.
You’ll translate approved technical designs into actionable development work and guide the team through delivery. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects while owning the team’s implementation outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in turning Salesforce designs into high-quality, scalable implementations while helping the team grow technically.
Your leadership will directly contribute to successful project delivery and high business value to the clients.
